First Advantage is looking for a Technical Operations Specialist with strong SQL and application support experience. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a related IT field along with familiarity in software development practices. In this remote role, you will troubleshoot technical issues and enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication. Flexibility in work hours is necessary as this position involves rotational shifts.

What You'll Do:
Responsibilities-
•Experience in a 2nd line Technical Operations or Application Support role
•Familiarity with support processes, including Incident, Problem, Request, Event, and Change Management.
•Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service to end users, with a focus on meaningful communication.
•Ability to troubleshoot basic to advanced computer operations and software issues.
•Proficient in database configuration changes (SQL, MongoDB, RDS).
•Strong knowledge of SQL and Database Scripting languages
•Understanding of software development practices, concepts, and technologies.
•Familiarity with technical and business environments and processes.
Ability to understand product development processes and how support interacts with them
•Insight into the functional aspects and technical behavior of operating systems, development environments, and deployment practices.
•Self-motivated with a strong initiative and able to organize and correctly prioritize own work based on business impact or customer needs
•Experience with working on knowledge databases, capturing, updating or creating new articles
