Job summary

Intepros is seeking an Application Support Engineer to join a growing technology team supporting enterprise applications with a clear path toward Full Stack Engineering. You’ll work directly with code, troubleshoot complex issues, analyze root causes, and identify ways to improve application performance and reliability.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, proficiency in Java and SQL, and a strong interest in progressing toward Full Stack Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Investigate application failures and perform technical triage
• Review code to identify issues and potential improvements
• Troubleshoot application and performance issues
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend preventative solutions
• Collaborate with development and technical teams to resolve issues
• Support application enhancements, testing, and modernization initiatives
• Work within an Agile environment using 2-week sprints
• Build technical skills toward broader Full Stack Engineering responsibilities
