Job summary

Unit4 is seeking a Senior Application Support Consultant to support customers across the EMEA regions on the Unit4 ERP platform. This senior, hands-on role stabilises and strengthens a recently changed team, delivering high-quality support while mentoring colleagues and driving continuous improvement.

You will manage complex cases and escalations, develop team capability through knowledge sharing and coaching, and gain exposure to both Unit4 ERP and ERPx via structured learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Unit4 ERP/x knowledge and experience
• Strong SQL skills and relational databases
• Excellent written and spoken English communication
• Swedish language proficiency
• Experience mentoring or coaching colleagues
• Experience handling escalations in a support environment
• Occasional travel to customer sites as required

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve daily incoming customer support cases across EMEA and UK regions
• Act as a subject matter expert for complex issues and escalations
• Provide guidance and mentoring to team members as required
• Deliver training sessions and support knowledge development within the team
• Take ownership of escalation management, ensuring timely and effective resolution
• Operate within a flat team structure, covering both first-line and advanced support responsibilities
• Balance operational support delivery with strategic contributions such as mentoring and process improvement
• Contribute to special projects and process improvements
• Work across Unit4 ERP and ERPx, starting with ERP and expanding knowledge via a rotation programme

We are looking for a Senior Application Support Consultant to join our team, supporting customers across the EMEA regions on the Unit4 ERP platform.

This is a senior, hands-on role. You will play a key role in stablising and strengthening a team that has undergone recent changes, ensuring high-quality support delivery while mentoring colleagues and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Alongside managing complex support cases and escalations, you will help develop team capability through knowledge sharing, training, and coaching, while also gaining exposure to both Unit4 ERP and ERPx through structured learning opportunities.

• Manage and resolve daily incoming customer support cases across EMEA and UK regions
• Act as a subject matter expert for complex issues and escalations
• Provide guidance and mentoring to team members as required

• Proven experience with Unit4 ERP/x (essential)
• Strong knowledge of the Financial/Logistics module
• Basic SQL skills (querying, troubleshooting)
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to manage both standard support cases and complex escalations
• Occassional travel to customer sites where required
• Fluent/Native Swedish language
• Advanced SQL knowledge
• Experience in mentoring or coaching colleagues
• Previous experience handling escalations in a support environment
