Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager specialising in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our dynamic, global overlay sales team in Sweden.

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven FP&A Overlay Sales Specialist to join our high-performing sales team. This role is focused on expanding FP&A adoption within our existing customer base—specifically those using Unit4 ERP, ERPx, and Financials by CODA.

You’ll be the go-to expert for FP&A, working closely with Account Managers and Customer Success teams to identify opportunities, craft compelling value propositions, and drive strategic conversations with decision-makers.

  • Collaborative Engagement: Partner with Account Managers, FP&A specialist Solution Consultants and Value Engineering to build joint account plans and deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Executive Influence: Lead high‑impact conversations with CFOs, Finance Directors, and other senior stakeholders to demonstrate the strategic value of FP&A.
  • Pipeline Generation: Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities through data analysis, customer insights, and proactive outreach.
  • Sales Excellence: Own the full sales cycle—from discovery to close—ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent quota achievement.
Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of financial processes, planning cycles, and performance management.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Strong leadership qualities and experience in mentoring junior team members.
