Job summary

Qualifications

• Preferred graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in business, communications, or IT/computer sciences.
• Minimum of three years of experience within the State of Texas HHSC or equivalent IT/eligibility programs.
• Experience working with a broad range of stakeholders and with HHSC automated eligibility systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on HHSC assistance programs (Medicaid, TANF, SNAP) and advise business areas and system users.
• Assist TIERS MOR Unit as an assistant Systems Analyst and support security-related tasks.
• Support Foster Care/Adoption Assistance program tasks and issue resolution.
• Provide consultation to other IT and business teams regarding system modifications.
