Baptist Health is seeking an Intermediate Application Support Analyst to join our team in Louisville. Under general direction, you will train users, deploy applications, and coordinate between IT and operations to align system design with processes.

Responsibilities include data collection, workflow analysis, testing, training, and providing on-site and phone support. You’ll ensure compliance with HIPAA and Meaningful Use through proper documentation and builds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1 year related experience, or 2 years healthcare experience in lieu of a degree.
• Certification or licensure as applicable.
