Position Name – Technical/Application Support Analyst

Type of hiring – Fulltime

Location – Louisville, KY (Day-1 Onsite)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day support for applications and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and ensure resolution within defined SLAs.
Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless operations.
Support application deployments, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
Document support processes, known issues, and resolutions to build knowledge base.
Communicate effectively with business users and technical stakeholders.
Willingness to learn and cross-train in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

1-3 Years of experience working in application/technical support or software development.
Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, etc.).
Solid understanding and hands-on experience with SQL for data querying and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Willingness to learn new systems and technologies, especially WMS platforms.
