Job summary

Maximus is seeking an Application SME + Trainer to provide expert JCC2-R support, develop training materials, and deliver instruction to field personnel. This role focuses on sustaining the JCC2-R application, maintaining documentation, and creating an original online curriculum that covers both operator and instructor-level content.

The position is remote, contingent on contract award, with TS/SCI clearance and CI poly requirements.

Job description

The Application SME + Trainer provides subject matter expertise and application training support for the JCC2-R application. This role is responsible for supporting application sustainment engineering, documentation support (maintain and update JCC2-R documents), integration work, and training support to JCC2 third-party Field Application Engineering training contractors. Develops and delivers direct training and instruction to personnel as instructed by JCC2. Supports review of online training suites for the JCC2-R application and modifies them as necessary, up to and including creation of a completely original online curriculum. Ensures training includes basic operator-level and in-depth instructor-level curriculum. Instructor training provides students with the knowledge and materials to deliver operator-level training themselves.

This position is contingent upon contract award and position availability. Selected candidates will receive a contingent offer of employment, which will become final only upon successful contract award to Maximus, availability of the position, and receipt of authorization to proceed.

This is a remote position and requires a TS/SCI clearance.

Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:
