Job Summary:
We have a 12-month contract opportunity for an Application Owner (Domain Analyst). This role is fully remote but requires working CST business hours.

Job Description:
The Application Owner will oversee a group of applications, understand their current usage, collaborate with the ministry on future plans, conduct technical assessments, and more. This role focuses on application ownership, discovering new requests, evaluating if existing applications can meet these needs, or identifying the need for new solutions.

Location: Warren, Michigan

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $78 - $84 per hour

Work Hours: 8am to 5pm

Education: Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities:

1. Meet with vendors to understand application roadmaps.
2. Submit contracts for projects related to specific applications.
3. Meet with relationship and demand management at the ministry to discuss issues and escalations.
4. Analyze current situations and determine future paths.
5. Assess manual processes and identify automation opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in clinical imaging cardiology or radiology (preferred Radiology).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Professional communication skills for interactions with vendors and clinicians.
• Project Management experience (preferred, not required).
• ServiceNow experience (preferred, not required).
• Google Suite experience (preferred, not required).

Preferred Qualifications:

Open to all fields for a Bachelor's degree, but candidates with significant relevant experience will also be considered even without a degree.
