Work Location: This role can work remotely, within the continental US, provided that they can travel to our facilities in northeastern Ohio as needed. Expected overnight travel is 10% or less.

Role Objective

Use your SAP EWM expertise to support existing operations, design and implement new processes, and lead EWM initiatives.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities

• Provide functional business support for identified SAP ERP user groups – including diagnosis, trouble shooting, and resolution of identified system or process issues
• Identify, lead development of, test, and implement continuous business process improvement opportunities related to applicable business systems and related processes
• Provide education and training for new users within functional area, including development of training materials, training delivery, and training follow up
  
  

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field strongly preferred
• Minimum eight (8) years’ experience supporting SAP applications, including 5 or more years implementing, configuring, and/or supporting SAP EWM
• SAP configuration education or relevant experience required
• SAP certification or relevant experience required
  
  

Supervision/Coordination

Coordinates projects and process work as necessary. Leads training and various workshops.

Travel Requirements

Overnight Travel - sporadic - required.
