Provide specialist levelsupport for external customers:

• Flexible and able to travel 50%.
• Provide installation services, billable services, applications development assistance, warranty services, and customized training to customers.
• Document customized lists of spare parts for each installation.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support. Confidently troubleshoot any problem and stay with the issue to resolution.
• Provide customers with quotes for these services.
• Enter cases in the CRM system and actively manage the case and solution workload.
• Prepare for field visits to understand every option and feature of an order. Be prepared to make customers successful with the product in every aspect of their ownership experience.
• Recover from field visits by closing any open issues.
• Keep current with the latest application practices, challenges, and best known methods.
