GEA Group in the United States is seeking an Application Engineering Supervisor to support the Director of Technical Offer Management (TOM) - PTS. You will coordinate priorities, deliverables, and deadlines across Sales, Process Engineering, and TOM leadership, while coaching and training the team.

The role includes supervising engineers, ensuring compliance with TOM governance, and handling application engineering responsibilities for opportunities.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or chemical engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• More than 5 years of experience in Application Engineering, Process/Project Engineering, Project Management, and/or Estimating.
• Experience in the dairy, food, chemical, pharmaceutical, environmental or beverage projects is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day workload and priorities with leadership; assign tasks and deadlines.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members with clear expectations and feedback.
• Lead and mentor engineers; manage coaching and training activities.
• Ensure proposals, costing, and documentation comply with governance and procedures.
• Support sales activities with presentations and technical input.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
