Job summary

Southwest Microwave is seeking a Product/Application Support professional to bridge Engineering, Sales and Marketing, ensuring clear communication and effective technical guidance.

You will interface between engineering and the Sales team, articulate product use to customers when needed, gather customer needs, and support the design and development of new products through documentation and communications.

Qualifications

• Requires excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Very good Customer Service and/or Sales Support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Interface and communicate between Engineering and Sales.
• Articulate technology application and product use to Sales team and sometimes customers.
• Identify customer needs from Sales inputs and facilitate Engineering support to Sales/Customer.
• Support Engineering’s design and development of new products through gathering and organizing documentation and communications.
• Support Sales to resolve customer issues or difficulties.
