Southwest Microwave is seeking a Product/Application Support professional to bridge Engineering, Sales and Marketing, ensuring clear communication and effective technical guidance.
You will interface between engineering and the Sales team, articulate product use to customers when needed, gather customer needs, and support the design and development of new products through documentation and communications.
Under the direction of the MPD Director of Engineering, this position has responsibility for product and concept application support from Engineering to Sales and Marketing.
Job duties include the following:
Other duties as assigned, to include Engineering workload (i.e. clerical, analytical, and or manufacturing).
Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, very good Customer Service and/or Sales Support. Proficient in MS Office.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. EE degree preferred.
Able to sit, stand and walk for prolonged periods of time. Able to perform repetitive work, and have the ability to use a microscope and be able to hold small hand tools. Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
