The role involves collaborating with Application Engineers to enhance customer satisfaction and delivering training sessions in the South Region.

The ideal candidate will support both pre-and post-sales processes, consult with customers on development projects, and provide valuable feedback for product enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for RF and Microwave Test and Measurement instruments.
• Collaborate with Application Engineers and Account Managers to enhance customer engagement.
• Deliver technical seminars and training in the South Region.
• Support pre/post-sales through demos, start-ups, and training.
• Advise customers on RF and Microwave product development.
• Provide feedback to product developers for enhancements.

Job description

• Technical support for RF and Microwave Test and Measurement instruments and applications
• Work closely with a team of Application Engineers and regional Account Managers to drive customer engagement and satisfaction
• Develop and deliver technical seminars and customer training sessions in the South Region
• Pre/Post-sales support, including customer demonstrations, equipment start-up, and training
• Consultant to customers involved in research, development and test of RF and Microwave products and systems
• Provide technical feedback to product developers to influence product enhancements and future roadmaps
