Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an Applications Engineer I to join our Florence, KY facility. The role sits in a hybrid model, onsite at least 3 days per week with up to two remote days, supporting $160M in standard/configured couplings applications and delivering customer-focused engineering support.

You will act as the main technical liaison between customers and internal teams, prepare quotes, and coordinate production needs to ensure on-time, specification-compliant orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) required.
• 1–3 years in engineering, technical support, or customer-facing role.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for product applications and support needs.
• Prepare and generate accurate quotes, coordinating with sales and production.
• Support production management to fulfill orders on time and to spec.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and sales to resolve customer issues.
• Provide technical guidance on product application and use.
• Monitor lead product accounts and escalate issues to keep projects on track.
• Grow product knowledge to expand technical support responsibilities.
