Duke Manufacturing in Sedalia, MO is seeking an Application Engineer to join the Engineering team. You will lead front-end projects from concept through proposal, coordinate with Sales, Production, and other functions, and translate customer needs into practical engineering concepts and cost estimates.

You will use Revit or similar CAD tools and Epicor ERP to prepare layouts, pricing, and tracking, with early-phase product development handed to NPD engineers as needed. Requires a B.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (ABET-accredited).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong collaboration and communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead front-end projects from concept through proposal and definition.
• Develop cost estimates and proposals for non-standard work.
• Coordinate scope, pricing, and timelines with cross-functional inputs.
• Serve as technical liaison between customers, Sales, and internal groups.
• Use CAD tools and ERP systems for layouts, costing, and tracking.
