Primary Responsibilities

• You’re the internal interface between sales, R&D, product development and production from the initial enquiry to acceptance by the customer and are also intensively involved in communication with our customers
• Providing comprehensive technical and commercial support in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize all tools available including sizing programs to correctly match the division’s products to meet or exceed the customer’s requirements.
• Actively participating in defining and evaluating target prices
• Analyzing the market development for our products and contribute to the further development of our markets
• Planning and following up visits to customers and trade shows
• Maintaining quotation, customer, and order data in our CRM system
• Adhere to all quality requirements that are inside our Quality Management system

Qualifications

• Engineering background or equivalent education, with proven experience in technical roles (Examples include Field / Service / Mechanical Engineer, Project Manager, Product Manager, Application Engineer)

• Good knowledge of ERP and CRM systems and the MS Office suite

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience working in an engineering field.
• Advanced knowledge of heat transfer technology.
• Knowledge of selection/sizing programs.
• White space cooling and heat rejection of Datacenters a plus.
• Intermediate knowledge of computer technology and programs.
• Advanced communicative skills required.
