Job summary

Extron Application Engineers provide tier two support for Extron products to a well-established base of professional AV integrators and engineers. They interface with customers via phone and email to assist with product applications and system design.

Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, identifying technical solutions, and supporting the sales team with technically informed recommendations. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BSEE / BSCE degree or equivalent; new graduates welcome.
• Ability to present concise and comprehensible presentations to groups of varying sizes.
• Strong command of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Able to perform in a fast-paced professional office environment.
• Some travel may be required.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Extron products and technologies.
• Provide tier two technical support for Extron products to AV integrators and engineers.
• Collaborate with the sales team as a technical advisor for product applications and system design.
