Job summary

Anton Paar USA, based at the Central Regional Headquarters in Vernon Hills, IL, seeks an Application Engineer to provide technical sales support, feasibility studies, installations, and customer guidance for Microwave Digestion, FTIR, Raman, and related analyses.

You will report to the Sales Director, travel up to 50% for trainings and demos, and join a team offering full benefits, 401(k) with profit sharing, and a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years, plus additional bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in analytical chemistry and related methods.
• Exceptional communications skills for diverse client interactions.
• Ability to work independently and with a strong customer focus.
• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or materials science.
• Valid driver's license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies (sample measurements).
• Installations, training, and technical support.

The base salary range for this position is $77,995/year to $88,300/year and depends on related experience. Job Description

• Ability to work independently and with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or materials science.
• Valid driver's license and passport
