Job summary

Rise Technical is seeking an Applications Engineer with semiconductor experience to join a fast-growing high-tech team in Plano, TX. You will support customers through the design process, develop evaluation hardware, and document technical results, while collaborating with engineering and product teams.

On offer is a salary between $120,000 and $150,000 per year, plus stock options, health benefits, a 401(k) plan and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Applications Engineer within the semiconductor industry.
• Experience with PCB design/layout and strong circuit fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers including schematic, PCB layout and design implementation reviews.
• Design, build and validate application and evaluation hardware while producing technical documentation and application notes.
• Work closely with engineering, product development and marketing teams to support new product introduction and continuous improvement.
