Under general supervision, the Application Developer Team Lead provides and supports custom web, mobile, and desktop software solutions that are utilized both by staff and citizens. The position is responsible for leading the team throughout the planning, development, implementation, analysis, management, and maintenance on a wide variety of software packages across a number of platforms. The position collaborates with all County Departments to establish software and maintenance requirements and ensure those requirements are met. The employee is expected to show leadership and mentor less-experienced developers. The position will prioritize and assign work, ensure quality and procedural standards are met, and provide feedback to team members to foster professional growth and excellence.
