Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of enterprise software development experience.
- 3+ years leading, mentoring, or setting technical direction for engineering teams.
- Experience with healthcare or regulated industries preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 application and data engineers.
- Own architecture for application platforms, integrations, and APIs.
- Deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions across data operations and analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
