Seeking a Senior Software Engineer / Application Developer with experience in Contact Center, Call Center, IVR, and Telephony technologies. The role focuses on developing, integrating, and supporting applications that enhance customer experience and contact center operations. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with telephony integrations, call routing, API development, and contact center platforms such as Avaya, NICE, CTI, and Workforce Management solutions, along with strong SDLC and troubleshooting experience.
