Job summary

Zions Bancorporation seeks an experienced Application Developer (Oracle EBS Database Administrator) to join the Enterprise Technology and Operations team in Midvale, UT. This hybrid role focuses on Oracle EBS RAC/Data Guard, Exadata environments and ongoing performance tuning.

You will install, patch, clone and back up EBS databases and applications, document procedures, mentor other DBAs, and collaborate with partners to resolve performance issues in a secure, scalable banking platform.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Oracle EBS Administration experience.
• Installation, upgrading, patching of EBS databases and applications
• Administration of EBS application and concurrent processing tiers
• Knowledge of UNIX and Linux
• Clone/Backup/Restore of EBS database and application
• Query tuning
• Excellent troubleshooting/problem solving skills
• Requires a Bachelor?s degree and 6+ years experience with database administration, installing, upgrading and patching databases or other directly related experience.
• Oracle Enterprise Business Suite R12 is a plus
• Oracle RAC and Data Guard experience is a plus

Location:

This position has a hybrid work from home schedule with a minimum of three days per week in the office at the new Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT.
