RWJBarnabas Health is seeking an Application Developer IV to lead enterprise application architecture, set technical standards, and deliver complex software solutions. You will guide cross-team efforts to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing systems across the organization.

The role requires 5-8 years in application development, strong leadership, and expertise in cloud platforms, microservices, API-driven architecture, and DevOps practices. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in application development, system design, or software engineering.
• Hands-on experience in data design and querying with Microsoft SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Hands-on data modelling experience using Snowflake Cloud Database.
• Hands-on data modelling experience using dbt technologies.
• Hands-on experience creating multi-tier Web / Windows Applications using Microsoft C#.NET Stack.
• Hands-on experience engineering React JS applications.
• Experience in Test Automation using RPA tools (UiPath) is preferred.

The Applications Developer IV is a principal-level role responsible for leading enterprise application architecture, establishing technical standards, and delivering complex software solutions. This role drives innovation, provides cross-team leadership, and ensures scalable, secure, and high-performing systems across the organization.
