Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of software development experience.
• 3 years of database technologies experience.
• 5 years of experience on projects with SDLC.
• 3 years of experience in systems analysis and high level design.
• Experience with RPG, Java, Spring Boot, APIs design and implementation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation on business requirements and translate them into logical designs and software solutions.
• Review development of complex enterprise software solutions.
• Balance design/mentorship with hands-on delivery of code (50/50).
• Develop and validate complex software designs aligned with architecture standards.
• Guide technical teams in designing and implementing integrated enterprise solutions.
• Document functional/technical requirements, design, and test scripts for enhancements.
• Mentor team members and contribute to technical direction.
