Job summary

Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Mobile Application/Content Manager for the Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) at Scott AFB. The role maintains all applications on MAF EFBs and serves as a technical liaison during certification processes.

You will administer EFB configuration changes, collaborate with users through the CRB, and support deployment of apps into the application store, plus manage Apple Device Enrollment Program duties to enable MDM.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in mobile applications and content management.
• Active Secret Clearance is required.
• Security+ or CGRC/CND/Cloud+ certifications are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all applications on MAF EFBs.
• Serve as a technical liaison with the CCC Software Certification process.
• Maintain EFB Baseline Document (evolving list of approved hardware and software).
• Administer EFB configuration changes, interact with users submitting the request, manage the change request through the IT Configuration Review Board (CRB) approval process, and assist with implementing the change once approved.
• Provide technical support for loading commercial, off-the-shelf, and in-house developed mobile applications into the application store.
• Assist with the deployment of IT CRB approved applications.
• Maintain role as Apple Device Enrollment Program administrator to facilitate Mobile Device Management.

Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Mobile Application/Content Manager for the Electronic Flight Bag. The Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) is a mobile, electronic handheld device that fulfills the requirement for access to aircraft technical orders, flight manuals, etc., that was previously met by substantial carry-on, paper publications. Additionally, the EFB provides myriad applications and tools to enhance situational awareness and communication for the operator. Through its ongoing evolution, the EFB has become a highly integral component of successful global mission execution.
