Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking an Application Business Analyst to support multiple accounts by analyzing business needs and aligning IT solutions. The role emphasizes collaboration between business users and technical teams, with a focus on documenting requirements, creating data/process models, and interpreting client needs.

The position requires at least three years of business analysis experience, a technical or business degree, and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists in planning and designing business processes
• Assists in formulating recommendations to improve and support business activities
• Assists in analyzing and documenting client's business requirements and processes; communicates these requirements to technical personnel by constructing basic conceptual data and process models, including data dictionaries and volume estimates
• Assists in creating basic test scenarios to be used in testing the business applications in order to verify that client requirements are incorporated into the system design
• Participates in meetings with clients to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions
• Participates in technical reviews and inspections to verify 'intent of change' is carried out through phase of project
• Specialized experience developing structured user manuals and training; business rules modeling

Application Business Analyst

• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and other software for conducting quantitative analysis
• Strong analytical and business process re-engineering skills
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills to deliver messages to business leaders, clients and technical personnel
• An influencer and team player who motivates others to action and communicates key technical ideas in a digestible way
• Fully remote options from most US locations and territories

The pay range for this position is $55,600.00 - $79,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
