Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. seeks an Application Architect III to join our data architecture team in Plano, TX.

You will define enterprise data schemas, tables, views, and relationships to support GenAI platform integration, and design performant data access patterns for natural-language workloads. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture, deep Oracle SQL/PLSQL skills, and Python for automation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture, database architecture, or data platform architecture.
• Strong expertise with Oracle relational databases and enterprise data models.
• Proficiency in advanced SQL, especially Oracle SQL, and PL/SQL concepts.
• Working knowledge of Python for automation, metadata extraction, and profiling tasks.
• Experience with data catalog or metadata management platforms, Git, and CI/CD practices for database assets.

Responsibilities

• Define and document enterprise data schemas, tables, views, and relationships to support GenAI platform integration.
• Design performant data access patterns, including views and materialized views, to optimize natural-language query workloads.
• Extract, validate, and organize technical metadata from Oracle databases using industry-standard tools.
• Collaborate with business and data SMEs to ensure accurate representation of enterprise process management data.
• Establish metadata standards and support governance, quality, and compliance initiatives for data onboarding.
