The Application Analyst – Service Automation is responsible for enhancing, supporting, and managing applications within Temple Health. Responsibilities include coordinating the configuration and release of new features, testing, implementing regular vendor releases and system upgrades, monitoring and resolving system issues. As the expert and escalation point for other IT team members, the Application Analyst will provide technical and functional application analysis, define system requirements, configure and maintain assigned applications using best practices. The role will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and TUHS stakeholders to prioritize, configure and develop appropriate solutions, continuously improve and optimize service capabilities, and provide training on system.
Location: This role will require three days on‑site (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) at Temple Health’s Women and Families Hospital.
