Job Description:
This position involves complex work supporting information technology applications through planning, designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing systems such as electronic health records, registration, scheduling, billing, labs, radiology, PACS, pharmacy, home care, long-term care, population health, consumer technologies, enterprise resource planning, workforce scheduling, and CRM.
The senior analyst provides advanced technical support, configuration, integration, and maintenance across the lifecycle of healthcare applications. They may manage small to mid-sized projects and mentor other analysts, contributing to best practices and standards.
Essential functions are performed independently with minimal supervision and include documenting workflow changes, partnering with vendors, solving issues, managing projects, reviewing team work, collaborating with stakeholders, following documentation standards, developing training materials, overseeing hardware and software configuration, understanding reporting needs, participating in on-call duties, developing testing plans, attending meetings, understanding business problems, aiding in ROI and KPI development, and resource forecasting for projects.

Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, healthcare, business, or related field, or equivalent experience with active pursuit of a degree.
Experience: 4 years in related areas or 6 years with active degree pursuit. Epic certification required.

Hours: 40 per week, hourly rate $39.18 - $61.67
