Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent and 2 years of professional experience
Preferred Qualifications: At least two years of experience in database and application development using Microsoft .NET, MS SQL Server, Oracle Database, HTML, and CSS.
Position Summary: This position will be a part of the Application Development Unit team in the Office of Instruction and is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting business applications using Microsoft .NET technologies and SQL-based databases. This position works closely with technical teams and functional analysts to deliver reliable, scalable, and efficient technology solutions that support organizational objectives. The role requires strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to evaluate complex business requirements, troubleshoot application issues, and implement effective solutions. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining .NET applications, creating, and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction and reporting, performing unit testing to ensure software quality, and supporting data visualization and reporting initiatives through Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies: Must be flexible to handle multiple work assignments, changing priorities, meeting deadlines, and quickly learn and adapt to new technologies. Demonstrated analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills are required.
