Job Description:

Baptist Health is looking for an Application Analyst OnBase - Intermediate to join our team. This is a remote position that requires residency in KY or IN.

Under general direction, formulates/defines project and system scope and objectives based on applications specifications and user defined needs. Devises or modifies procedures to solve moderate problems considering application functionality and user procedures. Prepares detailed specifications for system functionality. Analyzes and revises existing system documentation as necessary. Has technical knowledge of most phases of applications system analysis and project management. Under supervision, may act as project coordinator for medium sized projects with medium budgets that may or may not have system-wide implications. May assist in implementation of large system-wide projects and may manage small projects across any functional area in the health system.

Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required:

• Bachelor's degree and two years related experience or four years direct experience in lieu of degree.
• OnBase experience and healthcare IT experience or experience in medical records/ Health Information management preferred.
• OnBase Certifications a bonus.
• Nuance experience a plus.
