Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Application Analyst II - Epic Resolute PB Claims and Remittance

Join our dynamic team as an Application Analyst II, where you'll tackle complex business challenges through technology, workflow, and integration solutions. This role offers the opportunity to influence system design, lead cross-functional problem-solving, and make a measurable impact on our operational efficiency and digital transformation initiatives.

Role Overview

Maintain and develop Resolute PB Claim Forms and Edits
  • Assist with Resolute PB work ques
  • Maintain and develop Resolute PB Remittance Options
  • Analyze complex business problems and design technology, integration, and workflow solutions.
  • Identify system gaps and provide technical expertise to inform functional specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders
  • Actively contribute to technical discussions, offering insights that improve solutions.
  • Assist with work queues within EPIC
  • Build, maintain, and support all new Epic Resolute PB functionality focused on Claims and Remittance.

Key Qualifications

  • Active certification in Epic Resolute PB and/or HB Claims required
  • Proven ability to work independently while contributing within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis and system design.

Core Skills

  • Ability to work in a high volume environment with limited supervision
  • Ability to clarify ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in configuring and scaling systems to support business goals.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage peers, users, and others

Additional Information:

  • Pay Range: $111,600.00-$178,600.00
  • Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday
  • Location: Hybrid; 3x a month (with flexibility as needed) at 633 Third Ave, New York, NY
