Exciting Opportunity at MSK:Application Analyst II - Epic Resolute PB Claims and Remittance

Join our dynamic team as an Application Analyst II , where you’ll tackle complex business challenges through technology, workflow, and integration solutions. This role offers the opportunity to influence system design, lead cross-functional problem-solving, and make a measurable impact on our operational efficiency and digital transformation initiatives.

Role Overview

+ Maintain and develop Resolute PB Claim Forms and Edits

+ Assist with Resolute PB work ques

+ Maintain and develop Resolute PB Remittance Options

+ Analyze complex business problems and design technology, integration, and workflow solutions.

+ Identify system gaps and provide technical expertise to inform functional specifications.

+ Colla borate clos ely with internal stakeholder s

+ Actively contribute to technical discussions, offering insights that improve solutions.

+ Assist with work queues within EPIC

+ Build, maintain, and support all new Epic Resolute PB functionality focused on Claims and Remittance.

Key Qualifications

+ Active certification in Epic Resolute PB and/or HB Claims required

+ Proven ability to work independently while contributing within cross-functional teams.

+ Strong understanding of business process analysis and system design .

Core Skills

+ Ability to work in a high volume environment with limited supervision

+ Ability to clarify ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions.

+ Proficiency in configuring and scaling systems to support business goals.

+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage peers, users, and others

Additional Information:

+ Pay Range: $111,600.00-$178,600.00

+ Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday

+ Location: Hybrid; 3x a month (with flexibility as needed) at 633 Third Ave, New York, NY
