Qualifications
- Two years of relevant experience required.
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- ITIL Certification Preferred
- Official Certification from EMR/ERP SYSTEM REQUIRED
Responsibilities
- Research, plan, design, implement, support, and optimize enterprise software, database, and clinical information systems across the organization.
- Lead or participate in implementations and upgrades for EHR, clinical, financial, and specialized applications.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, IT teams, vendors, and end users to analyze system needs and recommend solutions.
- Support process improvement initiatives, provide staff training, and participate in disaster recovery planning.
