Job summary

Downers Grove, IL — Duly Health and Care seeks an Analyst II in Corporate Solutions to design, build, test, and maintain enterprise business systems outside core EHR. You will work on document management, CRM, marketing automation, and security platforms, while interfacing with Dynamics 365 and SQL Server infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Minimum of 3 years in an IT application development or systems administration role.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications such as document/content management, DocuSign, CRM or marketing automation, security/door badge systems, or digital signage.
• Familiar with Microsoft tools and databases; knowledge of Dynamics 365, SQL Server, and integration platforms is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Software design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications such as document/content management, DocuSign, D365, CRM, digital signage, and marketing automation.
• Plan, upgrade, and support enterprise applications and interfaces across platforms; provide training and guidance to IT staff.
• Work with stakeholders to identify requirements, ensure positive user experiences, and drive continuous improvement.
