The primary responsibility of the Application Analyst I (Entry-level analyst) is supporting application systems and databases, participating in projects, and maintaining documentation.
An associate's degree or higher in Healthcare or IT, or 2–5 years of relevant experience, is required.
Experience in an IT or healthcare role is strongly preferred.
Application end user experience preferred.
Experience in change management preferred.
Epic Certification in primary application is preferred at hire but required within (12) months of hire. If newly certified in application, must be deemed competent within (12) months to include completing all required orientation and trial employment goals on time. In addition to Epic certifications, certifications in other specialty fields may be preferred. Certified Scrum Master proficiency (demonstrated skill level). ITIL Foundations certification preferred. All education to include certifications should be current, and the latest version of training must be completed on time.
