As a Revenue Cycle Applications Analyst III, you will support revenue and patient access systems and workflows within Valley Children's Healthcare (VCH), including analyzing and documenting processes consistent with the VCH mission. You will be a proactive problem-solver, demonstrating proven patient access, scheduling and or billing functionality experience with a core understanding of revenue systems and application knowledge. Under general direction, plans, analyzes, designs, implements, tests, and maintains complex EPIC and other revenue & access applications, builds and system workflows. Coordinates implementation, analysis and testing, maintenance and upgrades, application design, and debugging of complex Epic and revenue & access systems related projects. Utilizes deep understanding of the technical components of all applications to maintain system integrity. Acts as an expert and mentor for application design and support. This position reports to the Manager, IT Access and Rev Cycle and may include taking weekend and after hours on call.
