Responsibilities

We are seeking an Application Analyst, with remote work options available:

• Troubleshoot and research user issues related to EBS, collaborating with Oracle support for SR creation, resolution, testing, and documentation.
• Develop reports as needed for users.
• Coordinate with external resources (consultants, DBAs) to integrate new products and solutions into the ERP environment.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science and 5+ years' experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite, especially Oracle financial modules (OM, AR, PO, AP, GL, Fixed Assets, Projects).
• 5+ years' experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Understanding of general business practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of Oracle programming technologies, including PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with Oracle Reports, Forms, XML Publisher, Workflow Builder is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with users and resolve IT issues.
