Position Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Analyst

I am currently representing a prominent healthcare provider in Massachusetts that is looking to add a skilled IS Application Analyst to their Access and Revenue systems team. This organization is a major regional leader in acute and emergency care and is seeking a specialist to focus on the Epic Resolute Hospital Billing module.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the end to end development of system configurations and workflows. You will serve as a vital link between the IT department and various hospital units, ensuring that software functionality meets clinical and operational needs. Your daily tasks will involve analyzing system problems, formulating project scopes, and documenting changes to ensure the hospital staff is well trained on all billing application updates.

We are looking for candidates who can navigate the entire systems development lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering and design through to testing, deployment, and ongoing support. The ideal applicant should be comfortable working with unstructured problems and be able to translate complex data needs into efficient technical solutions.
