Job summary

OneAZ Credit Union is seeking an experienced Database Administrator to manage Oracle and SQL Server environments powering core banking and enterprise applications. You will lead database architecture, performance tuning, DR planning, and automation while partnering with Infrastructure, Security, and business teams.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years of enterprise DBA experience, strong knowledge of Fiserv DNA, Temenos, tMagic, and related tools, plus a proactive approach to reliability and data

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of enterprise database administration experience.
• Experience with Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server environments.
• Strong knowledge of core banking systems and Fiserv DNA.
• Experience with SSIS, SSRS and data integration tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Oracle and SQL Server databases.
• Lead DR planning, backups, recovery, and disaster recovery testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to resolve performance issues.
• Develop automation and monitoring for database administration.
