Empower AI is hiring an Application User Access Administrator to serve the Department of State, providing and maintaining access to the global IT environment and applications. You will handle access requests and incidents for ~40K users and support authentication services.

The role requires 3+ years of IT access experience, an Associate's degree, and a Secret Security Clearance. Travel up to 25% may be required; physical requirements apply.

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional Tier I/II application access support to internal users (~40K) across incidents, problems, access and change requests, via email/phone/chat/ServiceNow or automated event reporting.
• Maintain enterprise account management using RBAC to ensure secure access to all customer systems and equipment.
• Monitor the customer AD domain to provide authentication and authorization services for organizational units.
