Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and monitor hardware and software for DoS users enterprise-wide.
• Manage security controls, patches, vSphere components, and databases in line with DoS policies.
• Enforce AD administration, remediation, and security compliance tooling.
• Log, manage and resolve incidents in the ticket system (ServiceNow) and document configuration changes.
• Maintain site topology diagrams and technical documentation; provide regular status reports.
• Coordinate hardware/software upgrades and equipment retirements.
