Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a leasing administrator to own the rental application process from submission to final decision. You will provide responsive support to applicants and onsite teams while ensuring applications meet policy and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 2+ years in multifamily leasing or related customer support, experience with screening and PMS platforms, and strong communication to move applicants through the process efficiently.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of multifamily leasing or related experience required.
• Experience with applicant screening, income and identity verification.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing and rental criteria.
• Experience with PMS and online leasing platforms.
• Strong communication and ability to handle high volume of applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage rental applications from submission to final decision.
• Review applications for completeness and compliance with criteria.
• Communicate with applicants and provide updates, requesting missing information.
• Support onsite leasing teams and adapt to changing procedures.
• Maintain accurate records in systems while protecting privacy.
