Vertical Screen, Inc. is seeking an Applicant Services Representative for an on-site role in Warminster, PA. You will be the first point of contact for external applicants, guiding them by phone and email through the background screening process.

The position requires excellent communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a structured call center environment. Shifts include 10am–6pm, 11am–7pm, or 2pm–10pm, with a pay rate of $16 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in research of the background screening process via outbound calls and emails.
• Support applicants through the background screening process in a call center setting.
• Compose professional emails quickly and efficiently.
• Review documents and information needed for the background screening process.
• Communicate with applicants regarding their background checks and follow up as needed.
• Maintain detailed notes in the system about applicant interactions.
