Job summary

Bray & Scarff is seeking a Transfer Driver to safely move major appliances between stores, the warehouse, and other sites. This hourly role involves loading, securing, transporting, and unloading merchandise while maintaining inventory accuracy and product care.

You will work with store and warehouse teams to keep merchandise moving, verify transfer paperwork, document conditions, and adhere to safety protocols. A valid driver’s license and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in appliance delivery or logistics preferred.
• Ability to lift and maneuver large appliances with equipment.
• Clean driving record and valid license.
• Ability to follow routes and paperwork precisely.
• Commitment to safety and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, transport, and unload appliances between locations.
• Complete routes and pickups on schedule.
• Verify model and serial numbers and transfer paperwork.
• Inspect for damage and document issues.
• Record hours and follow timekeeping policies.
• Coordinate pickup and drop off with teams.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain equipment and vehicles.
