Job summary

U-Haul Company is seeking a Transfer Driver to support our fleet operations in Wilmington, NC. You will transport equipment between centers, dealerships and repair shops, perform equipment inspections, and complete receipt/in intake paperwork using mobile tools.

Minimum qualifications include a valid driver’s license, ability to use transfer programs, and potential DOT certification sponsorship. This is a Part-Time on-site role with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to use mobile transfer programs.
• DOT certification if required—can be sponsored by U-Haul.
• Must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Fill in receipt and intake paperwork electronically.
• Transport U-Haul equipment between U-Haul centers, dealerships and the repair shop.
• Perform visual inspections of equipment.
• Lend assistance in additional areas as necessary following supervisor guidance.
