Mr. Appliance is seeking experienced Field Service Appliance Technicians to join our Des Moines area team. You will perform in-home diagnostics and repair across common household appliances, while delivering exceptional customer service and professionalism.

Two openings exist for full-time technicians. You will have a take-home service van, steady local routes, and a Monday–Friday schedule, enabling a strong work–life balance with no weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in home appliance repair and field service.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Friendly, customer-first attitude with outstanding communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Field Management: Keep accurate documentation of work orders, parts used, and job details.
